POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Teleseller to join their team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating interest in products or services, answering inquiries, and working to close sales. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Contact allocated customers daily as per the call cycle.
- Handle incoming sales or general inquiries via phone.
- Provide support to Sales Representatives to help achieve sales budgets and increase market share.
- Maintain and update the client database.
- Manage back orders and ensure they are minimized and processed efficiently.
- Inform customers of any out-of-stock products or issues impacting service delivery.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or problems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assist internal departments and handle internal client requests.
- Support the Call Centre Supervisor and handle the switchboard when required.
- Assist with managing Cash and Carry Stock when necessary.

- 3-5 years of experience working in a telesales environment.

Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent (NQF level).
