Job Position: Temp Administrator / Customer Service

Location: PE (North End)
Salary: R6500 to R7000 per month commensurate with experience
Temporary maternity contract position to start in October 2022 (4 months)

Hours: Monday to Thursday 6.30 am to 3.30 pm
Friday: 6.30 am to 12.30 noon
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Matric
• Valid drivers license essential
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Must be energetic, fit and vibrant personality
• Experience with:
- Filing
- Invoicing
- Administration
- Orders
Key Performance Areas:
• Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
• Answer phone, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them to the appropriate employee
• Manage the employee clock in system and recording of time-off
• Phoning suppliers for quotations, placing orders and following up on delivery or readiness for collection
• Accept deliveries, organize them to be distributed to the correct employee or placed in the appropriate storage location
• Organize paperwork such as invoices and delivery notes for further processing and record keeping
• Assist with deliveries and collections
