4 Month Temporary Receptionist & Administrator - George, Western Cape
POSITION INFO:
Our client based in George is looking for a Temp Receptionist/Administrator to join their team
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Answering of the phone and scheduling appointments
- Taking down messages and managing emails
- Dealing with payments
- Working with medical aid claims, private accounts, and accounts
- Welcoming patients
- Stock control
Requirements:- Grade 12 (with Mathematics/Accounting essential)
- Available Monday - Friday and every second Saturday
- Computer literate
- Well-spoken and presentable
- Prior experience in a medical reception / administrative position would be advantageous
- Good verbal and written communication skills
