Foreign & Local Creditors Clerk 

Our client in the Automotive industry based in the Port Elizabeth area is currently looking to employ a Temporary Foreign & Local Creditors Clerk .

Requirements:

• Diploma in finance
• 5-7 years’ experience in a foreign creditor’s role.
• Highly computer literate, advanced Excel experience.
• Advanced people management and communication skills.
• Good business acumen.
• High levels of confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Customs duty and other related knowledge preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for local and foreign creditors accounts and intercompany AP processing.
• Responsible for local, intercompany, and foreign account reconciliation.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting and functions in the finance department.
• Verification of nominal ledger coding,
• Matching of clearing agents’ paperwork/GRN to invoice.
• Responsible for cashbook processing.
• Timeous submission of documents and payment preparation according to SARB rules and mandates.
• Freight invoice verification.
