We are looking for a Tender Administrator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify relevant tenders and compile necessary documents
Manage tender submissions, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements
Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation and approvals
Maintain an up-to-date database of tender opportunities and submissions
Assist with general administrative duties related to procurement and contracts

Requirements:

Candidates must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.

ð¹ Previous experience in tender administration or a similar role
ð¹ Strong organizational and time-management skills
ð¹ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
ð¹ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
ð¹ Excellent communication and attention to detail
