Company & Job Description

A well-establish, global, large equipment organisation is looking to a hire a Territory Customer Support Manager located in Zambia. The Territory Customer Support Manager will be focused on building channels, providing technical support & building relationships with customers.

 

Duties:

  • Develop channels  
  • Deliver technical training
  • Provide product support
  • Track competitors

 

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Degree in Engineering/ Business/ Marketing  

Customer support experience for products/ parts/ services (1-3 years) 

Factory experience essential  

Global experience focused on product knowledge (1-3 years)
