A growing company in Manchester are looking for a Test Analyst to join their team.
They are a tech for good company (so you get to feel good about the work that you do) who have a range of products (mobile, web and cloud) that improve the lives of people globally!
You'll be the sole Tester in the company, so whilst you'll have a friendly technical team to support you, you'll need to be confident with managing and improving the existing testing function. The focus right now is on manual testing but the company are keen to start to build up more automation testing, so if this is an area you are keen to develop, this could be a great opportunity to do so!
From your first day, you'll be able to get involved in key decisions that will have real impact on creating fairer access to vital services to those who need it most. Long-term, the role will grow as the company grows, creating space for further learning (both professionally and technically) and for career progression within the company too!
You'll have most of the following experience:
**Confident working independently
**Ability to understand test requirements, create and execute test cases, plans and scenarios
**Creating test reports
**Some interest or experience with automation testing (Selenium and Appium are a bonus!)
**Web and mobile application testing
**Regression testing, UI testing, integration testing, verification testing
**API testing
They are very flexible on the level of remote working on offer- they are focused on working with you in a way that suits you, whether you prefer to work primarily in the office, at home, or a mix of both.
The salary on offer is up to £25,000 for this role, plus benefits.
