SUMMARY:
A Dermatological practice in Sandton is looking for a Therapist/Dermatologist Assistant to assist in the day-to-day running of the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties
  • Perform Facials, chemical peels and other skin treatments
  • Answer incoming calls, assist patients with schedule new appointments, and attend to queries
  • Reply to emails
  • Make bookings
  • Invoice patients
  • Maintain patient files by obtaining, recording, and updating personal or financial information
  • Order stock
  • Update/monitor social media
Minimum Requirements
  •  3 years’ experience
