Toolmakers

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 Years work experience in Plastic Injection Molds, preferably auto ancillary industries
• Capable to do assemble & disassemble – Injection molds
• Must have hydraulic knowledge of any core sequence
• Knowledge in Hot Runner system
• Steel knowledge
• Hand skill in Mold technical polishing
• Hands on experience in Conventional Tool Room machine operation
• Knowledge in plastic injection mold preventive maintenance
• Knowledge and hand skill to do Repair and Maintenance of Plastic Injection mold
• Over Head Crane – using experience & preferably a license holder
• Hands on experience to operate Laser Welding / Tig welding machine.

KPAs:

• Track all mould maintenance schedule to relevant PMS
• Ensure parts are assembled according to safe work instructions
• Dismantling any type of tooling
• Using crane and rigging equipment
• Stripping any type of hot runner elements, gates pins
• Design + manufacture any loose components
• Assist in engineering changes
