POSITION INFO:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Toolroom Foreperson located in Cape Town. The Toolroom Foreperson will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory and supplies, co-ordinating with maintenance teams, supervising staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of the toolroom.

Responsibilities:
- Manufacture & maintain production tooling
- Regular quality checks
- Supervise department and meetings
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Red Seal: Toolmaker / Jig and Dye maker (non-negotiable)
- 5+ years’ experience
- Able to read and design from drawings
- Knowledge and experience with milling machines, lathes, hand tools
- Knowledge of various materials used in the manufacture process
- Knowledge and experience with ISO and H & S
- Sound planning, organising, leading and controlling skills
- Proven supervisory skills
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Good attendance records
- Able to work over-time from time-to-time
- Able to work night shift
