Requirements:
Diploma in Management coupled with a Trade as Tool, Jig & Die maker.
Minimum 5- 10 years Toolroom experience in the metals manufacturing industry in a similar role.
ISO working knowledge
Experience with automation and injection mould tool design and repair, press tools and forging
Strong knowledge of raw materials and moulding equipment
Strong computer skills to document and communicate processes that can be easily followed by internal team members
Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Able to work in a fast paced environment with interruptions, using proven project management skills to manage
multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong ability to deal with and efficient in processing paperwork
- Excellent personal organisation and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods
