POSITION INFO:
My client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking a Track and Trace Controller
 
Basic knowledge of sea and road exports (understanding of etd, eta and incoterms)
Basic knowledge of transhipment cargo (exports of imported goods)
A forwarding and carrier background will be an advantage
Good command of the English language (written and spoken) - Good communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Methodical approach to queries and day to day work load

Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
CargoWise experience is advantageous
