POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Tracker Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot vehicle tracking systems. You’ll ensure devices are functioning properly and provide technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure GPS tracking devices.
• Perform system checks and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person.
• Update and repair tracking equipment as needed.
• Maintain records of installations and services.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of GPS systems and telematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with tracking systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
