Trails / Front of House Couple

SUMMARY:
World Class Safari Game Lodge is looking for a TRAILS/FRONT OF HOUSE COUPLE  to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Guide Requirements:

• Must have FGASA NQF2 qualification
• Full Trails qualification is preferred, candidates with back-up trails experience will be considered 
• Strong birding and photographic skills are beneficial
• Must have a valid First Aid and PDP 
• Should be well-presented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be passionate about conservation 
• Should be a team player 
• Ability to be initiative think on your feet
• Must reference incredibly well

• Grade 12 / Matric
• A tertiary qualification in Hospitality
• Previous experience working in a similar position in a Lodge environment
• Must be confident with Front of House duties
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and hosting skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must be an outgoing individual who is presentable and friendly
• Must be able to perform well under pressure
• Must have a passion for the industry
