Ultra Luxurious Game Lodge is looking for an experienced TRAILS GUIDE & GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR Couple to join their team

Candidate requirements:
Trails Guide:
- Must be a South African citizen
- At least 3-5 years of guiding experience in 5-star establishments
- Must have FGASA Level 2 as a minimum (NQF4)
- FGASA Lead (Advanced) Trails is ESSENTIAL
- Must have all guiding documentation up to date
- Possession of a valid driver’s license & PDP is essential
- Must have experience walking in a Big 5 Reserve
- An understanding of vehicle & lodge maintenance is an advantage
- Astronomy knowledge is advantageous
- Must be well-presented, confident, and well-spoken
- Must be passionate about conservation and guests
- Must have a flexible attitude, a sense of fun, and anticipate guest needs
- Sensitivity to cultural differences, and patience with colleagues
- Must reference incredibly well
Guest Service Supervisor:
- 2 years experience within a 5* Establishment
- Hospitality-related qualifications are beneficial
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills
- Hosting experience
- Wine knowledge beneficial
- Excellent command of the English language
- Computer knowledge
- Experience with stock takes and stock control
- Well-groomed with a good sense of personal hygiene
- Drivers license
