SUMMARY:
Office Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will gain valuable practical experience working in an office environment

Duties include:
- Dealing with incoming calls and logging information via a management system
- Ensuring information is accurately collated and relayed back to customers
- Updating and planning schedules on a daily basis
- Helping the management team obtain costs to provide accurate quotes to customers
-Assisting both the Account''s and Project''s Team with administrative tasks

About you:
- Need excellent organisational and communication skills
- Have great attention to detail and record keeping
- To be able to work both on their own and as part of a team
- Good PC skills
- Self-motivated for self-development and learning
- Integrity and reliability
- Attendance and punctuality
- Professionalism
