North Coast, KZN. Franchisee of well-known fast-food chain seeks competent Trainer with exceptional people skills and at least 3 years experience in a Training role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing development programs
Working with managers as well as the Trainees to ensure that training targets are met
Independently assessing performance to ensure that only suitable candidates qualify
Coaching and supporting employees
Generating SOP’s, setting performance metrics, and evaluating productivity
Develop an annual training plan and budget
Ensure adequate succession planning
Present monthly statistics on progress
Liaise with the Seta and leverage opportunities

Requirements:

Matric and relevant qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Industry experience is an advantage
Own vehicle and willing to travel
