SUMMARY:
North Coast, KZN. Franchisee of well-known fast-food chain seeks competent Trainer with exceptional people skills and at least 3 years experience in a Training role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
  • Creating and implementing development programs
  • Working with managers as well as the Trainees to ensure that training targets are met
  • Independently assessing performance to ensure that only suitable candidates qualify
  • Coaching and supporting employees
  • Generating SOP’s, setting performance metrics, and evaluating productivity
  • Develop an annual training plan and budget
  • Ensure adequate succession planning
  • Present monthly statistics on progress
  • Liaise with the Seta and leverage opportunities
Requirements:
  • Matric and relevant qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Industry experience is an advantage
  • Own vehicle and willing to travel
