Our client, a dynamic company based in the West Rand area of Johannesburg, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainer to join their team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a young, driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to grow within a supportive environment.

Job Purpose

The Trainer will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding and navigating the company’s system/platform. This role involves visiting clients, delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful platform adoption. The position offers comprehensive training in the first month, followed by hands-on client interaction. As a bonus, the role includes extensive sales training, with the potential to transition into a Sales Representative position after a successful year.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site training sessions with clients to demonstrate how the system/platform works.
• Assist dealers in navigating the platform, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and platform success.
• Participate in initial training (first month) to master the platform and company processes.
• Travel to client locations as required to deliver training and support.

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
• A relevant sales qualification is advantageous.
• Previous experience in call centre, retail, or counter sales is beneficial but not essential.
• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle (a company vehicle will be provided after 3 months for business use only).
• Aspiration: A clear ambition to grow into a sales role in the future.
