POSITION INFO:

A well known manufacturing company in the food & beverage sector is looking for a Training & Development Admin for 12 months contract under their graduate programme to be based in JHB East, Gauteng.

You will responsible for the administrative tasks related to training programs within an organization, including coordinating course schedules, managing training materials, tracking participant attendance, processing invoices, maintaining training records, and supporting the overall delivery of learning initiatives, often by liaising with both internal staff and external trainers.

• Learning Management System (LMS) support:

• Training needs assessment support:

Required education and skills:

• National Diploma or Bachelors degree in HR related discipline
• 0 to 2 years experience in a training enviornment
• Must be currenlty unemployed
• Willing to be on the programme for 12 months fixed term
• Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. 
• Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and document preparation. 
• Strong communication skills: Effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including trainers, learners, and HR personnel. 
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Project management skills: Ability to coordinate complex training initiatives from start to finish.
