Training Coordinator

SUMMARY:
The purpose of the job is planning, coordinating, implementing and close monitoring and executing of the Training Academy trainings while contributing to the Company Training Strategy and plan. Supervise a team of train-the-trainers. In the field operation sites.

POSITION INFO:

Key Perfomance Areas:

• Implement all the training as approved by the Organisation.
• Plan the Train-the-trainer (T-t-t-) in a way that accomplishes the goals and outcomes of each specific programme.
• Training and allocation of resources necessary to accomplish the training academy''s goals.
• Provide guidance, direction, leadership and support necessary to ensure productivity and impact.
• Ensure the Training plans versus actual targets are achieved at the specified time.
• Review and assess progress and identify gaps in the Train-the-trainer programme.
• On time reporting to input on the Training reports highlighting data that gives an overall dashboard result, outputs, and outcomes.
• Determine the training needs.
• Responsible for conducting all classroom and face-to-face training including training on virtual platforms.
• Ensure the success of all digital learning.
• To ensure 100% training coverage as set out in the training plan
• Manage the training budget
• Knowledge of new training methodologies
• Attending meetings, seminars, and conferences pertaining to the Training and Development industry.
• Be familiar with the notion of distance learning and e-learning
• Use of a combination of delivery channels
• Knowledge of presentation techniques and tools.
• To comply with the POPI Act by correctly storing and protecting employees and client’s data
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company

Qualifications:

• Degree in Education
• A post graduate degree in Training and/or Education will be an advantage
• Be proficient in Computer literacy-MS Office package
• Experience in the training and development area for at least 3 years
• Be familiar with the accreditation processes and with the SETAs
• Must have a car and a driver''s licence C1
• Facilitation, moderation, and assessor qualifications
