POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full conveyancing process for property transfers, including residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, attorneys, financial institutions, and the Deeds Office to ensure seamless transactions.
• Handle client queries and provide updates throughout the transfer process.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records on Lexis Convey and Ghost Practice.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
• Proficiency in Lexis Convey and Ghost Practice.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of transfer procedures and legal requirements.
