SUMMARY:
Our client in the legal sector is looking for a Transfers Conveyancing Secretary to join their team based in Cape Town (Northern Suburbs)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements/Criteria Include:

• At least 2 - 5 years experience in a similar conveyancing related role
• Capable of handling large volumes of files (30 - 60)
• Matric (non negotiable)
• Must have GhostConvey , LEXIS Convey , Stordoc & E4 Training experience (non negotiable)
• A relevant legal qualification would be an advantage
• An excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal, is a requirement of the role

• Must be able to handle a busy workload (multiple files simultaneously) whilst maintaining a high-quality support service.
• Support residential and commercial conveyancing.
• Candidate will be a key point of contact for queries and be responsible for providing general support to the conveyancing team, liaising, and updating clients, agents and third parties when required.
