POSITION INFO:

As a Transport Controller, you will oversee daily truck operations, ensuring optimal fleet performance and adherence to safety protocols. You will manage drivers, monitor key performance indicators, coordinate dispatches, optimise route planning, and maintain communication with customers and service providers. Additionally, you will handle diesel management, compliance, and reporting to ensure seamless transport operations.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Under 2 years in transport/fleet control within the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong proficiency in fleet tracking tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of safety protocols, route planning, and transport compliance.
Ability to manage drivers, liaise with customers, and coordinate with service providers effectively.
