SUMMARY:
Scheduler Transport

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a dynamic person, who is highly motivated and hardworking administrative clerk. A proven track record of working in deadline-oriented situations with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. Data Analysis, report writing and team collaboration.

Requirements:

Matric
Excellent administration and communication skills
Strong numerical skills
Computer literate

Duties:

Monitor and ensure task completion at site
Scan and capture data for vehicles
Facilitate monitors, ensure rotation of staff and assist with training new monitors
Assist with scheduling, coordination and other administrative tasks
Administered time sheets, duty sheets and procurement of office supplies
Assisted manager with various tasks, coordinated staff and collected survey data
Conducted data capturing
Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Track and verify trips on system
Analyze and correct inaccuracies in daily verification reports
Verify and process daily waybills, capturing and extracting data for reports
