Travel Advisor

Requirements:

• Matric
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience working a travel campaign/ working as a travel advisor for a travel agency
• Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer care using email and web chat
• Results orientated with solution driven mentality
• Ability to work weekends and in a shifted environment
• Positive attitude and motivated mindset
• Good credit and criminal record
• High level of international geography knowledge
