Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s financial activities, including cash flow management, investment planning, and risk mitigation
• Develop and implement effective financial policies and controls
• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts to inform decision-making at the executive level
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with organizational goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced Degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
• Proven experience in a financial services environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial management systems
• Excellent communication skills to present complex financial concepts to stakeholders
