Treasurer

Job Description
 
 This electronics manufacturer based in the East is urgently looking for driven individual to join their dynamic finance department as a Treasurer. The suitable candidate will need to be analytical, disciplined and be value creators while meeting tight deadlines.
 
This role is suitable for a problem solving individual with excellent staff management skills.
 
The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Designing and implementing Treasury functions and procedures
• Manage and liaise with company Bankers on various topics
• Forecast for all companies in the Group
• Monitoring cash flow and working capital requirements on an ongoing basis, ensuring sufficient liquidity to maintain operating activities
• Debtors and Creditors management

 
The requirements:
 

Qualification:
 

• Completed postgraduate degree in Finance / Accounting

 
 
Experience: 5 years’ treasury experience within manufacturing

• Knowledge of Reserve Bank requirements
• Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
• Experience working on Syspro
