SUMMARY:
A clothing supplier company based in Pinetown is looking for a Trims Co-ordinator to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities: 
  • Source trims and prices on buttons, zips, laces, ribbon etc.
  • Negotiate  better trims prices than budgeted (check stock trims first) & Order trims.
  • Go onto label programs and order pricestickers, labels etc.
  • Update sync on pricestickers etc.
  • Once trims are delivered and invoice is received grv in and add pics to sync of special trims.
  • Pick trims to job as as double check system.
  • Check sync on a daily basis and ensure all tasks are attended too.
  • Liaise with trims assistant and check if all tasks are up to date, go through all outstanding trims to factory.
  • Add sync step to factory emails on all short trims.
