Truck Parts Sales Representative

SUMMARY:
Our client based in Port Elizabeth is looking to employ a Truck Parts Sales Representative.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the motor industry, preferably trucks, will be advantageous.
• Experience working with Pinnacle system will be advantageous.
• Ability to converse with staff and customers in a lucid and pleasant manner.
• Valid driving license.

• Supply parts to the workshop and external customers. 
• Sell the maximum number of products and obtain the best profit available within the corporate sales programme.
• Ensure the highest degree of Customer Satisfaction at all times, in accordance with Company sales policy to ensure future repeat sales.
• Introduce and follow up on new sales prospects.
• Examine all transactions on a weekly basis and advise how service may be improved to customers.
• Deal with all customer queries.
• Liaise with Sales Administration on availability of stock.
• Ensure utmost clarity in all contact with customers.
