Typist / Secretary

SUMMARY:
Opportunity for an experienced Typist / Secretary to join our Team. Offices based in Midrand, in the Waterfall Area.

POSITION INFO:
Duties would include:
Typing
Answering overflow calls and taking messages
Loading CV's on to CRM system
Scanning and loading documents on to System
The role will also include training and assisting with Invoicing when required
This role will suit a person who is fluent in English due to our business operations.
