We are looking for a Tyre Fitter for an Automotive industry based in Cape Town. 

Must have the following requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in tyre fitting
• Physically fit and able to pass an occupational medical test (as required by the OH Act)
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate fluently in English
• A Valid drivers’ license
• Willing to do Stand by work
• Must attend to all Tyre Breakdowns and conduct all Tyre repairs and survey.
• Ability to follow instructions and work procedure.
• Willingness to work extended hours
• Repairing, replacing and fitting truck tyres
• Checking tyre condition, pressure and tread depth)
• Checking and adjusting wheel balance, alignment and rotation
• Inflating vehicle tyres
• Ensuring work areas and tools are kept tidy and in good working order
