POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Diploma in Aviation, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• AME qualification is advantageous
• Proven experience as an Aviation and UAS Communications Operator or Technician, preferably with experience as an instructor.
• 5 – 10 years’ experience
• Familiarity with UAS software platforms.
• Proficiency in using simulation software and other training aids for UAS instruction.
• Experience in ERP systems and logistics software
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, CAA part 145)
• In-depth knowledge of UAS datalink and aviation communications systems, telemetry data interpretation, and mission planning.
• Strong instructional and communication skills, with the ability to effectively teach and mentor diverse groups of learners.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment methodologies.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in UAS operations and training.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of UAV Systems, components and logistics challenges specific to the industry.
• Strong aviation background
