Job Title: UI Designer/Graphic designer

Key Responsibilities:

Website & App UI Design: Design and maintain intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces for websites, platforms, and mobile applications, prioritizing user experience and responsive design.

Brand Visual Communication: Create and refine graphic design assets including social media visuals, email templates, landing pages, and sales collateral to align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.

Creative Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to generate fresh design concepts for digital marketing campaigns, website features, and advertising content.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product teams, and compliance teams to ensure designs meet business goals, technical requirements, and regulatory standards.

Prototyping & User Testing: Design interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback, iterating on designs to improve user experience.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design work across various web and digital initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

UI/UX Design Expertise: Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices, with a solid portfolio of website and app designs.

Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, along with a solid grasp of web technologies (HTML, CSS basics).

Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions that enhance user experience.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in designing user interfaces, particularly for websites or digital platforms, with a focus on financial services or complex industries.

Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and understand both design and technical requirements.
