What we are looking for: A UX/UI Designer who will enhance the usability and user experience of our product.
What you will do:
- Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys) and translate insights into actionable designs, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Partner with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to create and refine solutions that meet user needs and business goals
- Apply a user-centered design methodology, iterating on designs based on user feedback
- Develop interactive prototypes and conduct user testing to validate design decisions
- Identify design challenges and deliver elegant, effective solutions that enhance usability
- Design and optimise for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Propose and implement creative ideas to continuously improve the product's design
What you must have:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe XD
- Familiarity with user-centric design principles and methods
- Knowledge of UI/UX design best practices for creating user-centric solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform user experiences
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end development principles is a plus
