!URGENT! CALL CENTRE TEAM LEADER

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced CALL CENTRE TEAM LEADER for a well-established, growing concern – position based along the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Relevant qualifications an added advantage.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle. Alternatively, company does provide transport for employees.

Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

Outbound call centre experience is ESSENTIAL.

3yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position / working experience in leading a call centre team.

Proven sales track record.

Strong management skills / team leader.

Must be willing to work UK time zone (approximately 10AM – 7PM daily).

Salary package offered: - To be discussed
