Our client, a well-established firm with 15 years of steady growth, based in Pretoria East (Silver Lakes area) offers a stable work environment where your expertise will be valued. This role is ideal for an experienced Legal Secretary in Vehicle Asset Finance in the Foreclosure and Secured Asset Department

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

4 – 6 years previous experience as a Legal Secretary specialising in Vehicle and Asset Finance position (Standard Bank experience preferred).

Experience Required

Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation
Ability to work independently and manage approximately 30 matters per day
Ability to perform well under immense pressure
Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times
Ability to liaise with banks and debtors in the prescribed manner
Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players
Should be able to utilise and function on the following systems, GHOST PRACTICE, VAF legal and CACS.

Skills Required

Strong communication skills
Administratively strong
Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in working on Ghost Practice, My Attorney and CACS will be an advantage
