Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

• Manage and oversee Maintenance team.
• Ensure maximum machine availability through effective repairs & maintenance on all factory equipment.
• Ensure that all Job cards & scheduled maintenance are completed as per relevant checklists.
• Supervise effective utilization of machinery and report to line supervision and production management on non-conformances & deviations.
• Report requirements for critical spares & equipment to Engineering manager.
• New works and installations.
• Health and Safety.
• Contractor management.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Electrical/Millwright Trade (Red Seal)

Skills

• 2-3 years Foreman experience in the FMCG environment.
• Refrigeration plant experience with formal refrigeration qualification.
• Utilities and building maintenance experience.
• Understanding of CMMS.
• Understanding of food safety requirements and GMP.
• Ability to work on weekends and flexible shifts.
