We are looking for a skilled Griller to join our butchery team! Your role will involve grilling and preparing high-quality meats, ensuring perfect seasoning and cooking, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. You’ll also assist with customer orders and keep the grilling station clean and organized. Experience in grilling and a passion for quality food are essential.

POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Grill and prepare various meat products to perfection.
• Season and marinate meats according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate and maintain grilling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Assist customers by taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grilling station and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with stock management and report shortages.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a griller, cook, or in a butchery setting (preferred).
• Knowledge of different meat cuts and grilling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
