BOARD MACHINE OPERATOR
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric or higher education background or N6 level from reputed institution
- At least 5 years of experience in setting-up and running high speed corrugated board machine independently.
- Thorough knowledge in setting up of different flute profiles, both wet and dry end of the machine, quality controls are the key responsibility.
- OR Candidate with 10th standard or higher (NQF 04) and 8-10 years of experience in set up and running of high-speed corrugated board machine are encouraged to apply.
RULE BENDER/CORRUGATED DIE MAKER
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric or N5 level from any institution
- 4 years of experience in set-up and produce various cutting/creasing rules with profiling for specific design of packaging dies used for labels, folding cartons, and corrugated packaging.
- Knowledge of design and lay out for specific machines are necessary.
- OR Candidates with Grade 10 or higher in relevant fields with minimum of 8 years of experience may also be eligible to apply.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER/MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Mechanical/ Production Engineering or N6 level from reputed institution
- 5 years of experience in production of 2pcs Aluminum can as well as end making lines.
- OR Candidate with Matric or higher (NQF 05) and 8 years of experience in manufacturing of high speed 2Pcs Aluminum cans as well as ends may apply
QUALITY CONTROLLER QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in any science stream or N7 level from reputed institution
- 5 years as quality controller in large scale folding cartons and self-adhesive labels manufacturing plants.
- Should be well versed with SOPs for packaging testing machineries and equipment and able to prepare technical report as per requirement.
- OR Candidate with Matric or higher (NQF 05) and 8 years of experience in similar field may also apply.
PRINTER OPERATOR/HEIDELBERG PRINTING TECHNICIAN/HEIDELBERG OPERATOR
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Printing/Production or N6 level from reputed institution
- 5 years of experience in running multicolor sheet-fed Offset Lithographic machine.
- Experience in 6-8 colour Heidelberg CD/XL will be preferable.
- Candidate with 10th standard or higher (NQF 04) and 8 years of experience in running multicolor sheet fed offset machine (06 Col Heidelberg CD/XL) may also apply.
PRODUCTION MANAGER- SELF ADHESIVE & FLEXIBLE PACKAGING PLANT
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate/Diploma in Printing or N6 level from reputed institution w
- 8 years of experience in managing self-adhesive & flexible Packaging.
- Hands on experience in Gallus and Bobst range of printing, lamination and finishing equipment is preferable.
- Candidate with Matric or higher standard (NQF 05) and 10 years of experience in similar field may also apply.
STOCK PREPARATION SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of science or equivalent or N7 from a reputed institute
- 7 years of experience in stock preparation in paper manufacturing machine.
- Thorough knowledge on chemistry of Pulp, mixing, dilution and maintaining consistency in a challenging environment.
- Should be able to prepare date base, record, and report to Production Manager.
PAPER MILL TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric or N5
- 10 years of experience in maintaining paper making machine.
- Routine maintenance of Mechanical, Hydraulics as well as modification of functional parts for improvement is main responsibility.
FLEXO PRINTING TECHNICIAN/SR. FLEXO TECHNICIAN/FLEXO SPECIALIST OPERATOR
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Printing/Mechanical/ Production or N6 level from reputed institution
- 5 years of experience in running multicolor Inline Flexo Printing, Die cutting and striping machine.
- Experience in Gallus, BOBST Lemanic, M5, M6 or Komori Chambon will be preferable.
- Candidate with 10th or higher (NQF 04) and 7 years of experience in similar field may also apply.
PRINTER TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric or higher or N5 level from reputed institution
- 5 years of experience in running multicolor Inline corrugated Flexo Printing, slotting, and gluing machine.
- Experience in Martin, DRO, TCY or Langston will be preferable.
- Candidate with 10th or higher (NQF 04) and 7 years of experience in running similar machines may also apply.
BOBST DIECUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR/BOBST TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production or N6 level from reputed institution
- 5 years of experience in running Sheet-fed Die cutting & Striping machine.
- Experience in BOBST/HEIDELBERG die cutting machine will be preferable.
- Candidate with 10th standard or higher (NQF 04) and 8 years of experience in running BOBST/ HEIDELBERG Die-cutting machine may also apply.
LASER DIE TECHNICIAN/LASER DIE MAKER
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric or N5 level from reputed board
- 5 years of experience in handling laser die making machineries and related ancillary equipment.
- Should have certificate of safe handling of laser and knowledge of plotter and sample maker will be added advantage.
- Grade 10 or higher with 10 years of similar experience may also apply.
PRODUCTION ENGINEER QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Engineering or N7 from reputed institution
- 3 years of experience in maintenance of various corrugated Flexo Printing, die cutting and gluing machines as well as ancillary equipment and peripherals
- Diploma in Engineering or N6 with 6 years experience in similar field may also apply.
ELECTRONIC ENGINEER
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or N7 from reputed institution
- 10 years of experience in maintenance Litho Sheet-fed Offset printing machine, Die cutting, gluing machines and high speed Can-end making machines.
- Should be well versed with various Controls, Drives, Sensors PLCs in a challenging environment
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or N6 with 12 years experience in similar field may also apply.
PRODUCTION QUALITY CO-ORDINATOR
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or commerce or N7 equivalent from a reputed institute
- 5 years experience in manufacturing of corrugated packaging plant.
- Understanding capacity of various production equipment, analysis of daily output, measurement of equipment efficiency in a qualitative environment are the key objectives.
COATING OPERATOR
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric or N5
- 5 years experience in sheet-fed metal coating machine.
- Apart from machine set up, knowledge of Food grade metal coating, monitoring & controlling film weight throughout the production run, adhesion test, Record keeping, and quality controls are the key objectives.
IT TECHNICIAN & ANALYST
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s in computer science/ Bachelor’s in computer application or N7 equivalent from reputed institute
- 5 years of experience in Networking, data management, software development and trouble shooting in a challenging environment.
