SUMMARY:
Our client in the Automotive Retail Industry, based in Beacon Bay, East London, is currently looking to employ a Vehicle Hire Manager to their team. 

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: 

• Matric.
• Degree/Certificate in Business, Logistics, Marketing and/or Sales.
• 5 Years' experience in Fleet Management or Vehicle Hire.
• Strong logistics, operations and vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Proven leadership and sales expertise.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Retain current customers and grow customer base.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets and develop business interests. 
• Monitor revenue, utilisation, overdue vehicle report, invoices, missing kilometers etc.
• Ensure vehicle quality – maintenance, servicing and cleanliness.
• Motivate, lead and guide the team.
