Manage vehicle bookings, assist customers, process payments, maintain vehicles, and handle administr

POSITION INFO:

Job Duties:

Managing vehicle rental reservations and bookings
Assisting customers with vehicle selection and rental agreements
Handling administrative tasks related to vehicle rentals
Processing payments and managing rental contracts
Ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and serviced
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

Experience:

Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is essential.

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office applications
Understanding of vehicle rental processes and procedures
Excellent organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certification in customer service or administration
Experience in the automotive industry

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a fast-paced automotive environment, interacting with customers and handling administrative tasks. The working hours may include weekends and public holidays.
