Vehicle Stock Controller / VSB / Invoicing Clerk (Pre-Owned)

Our client a well established dealership is seeking the services of a VSB/Invoicing Clerk / Stock Controller for tehir Pre-owned department.    (only candidates with experience in the motor industry will be short listed.)

• Kerridge Experience will be advantageous

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Invoicing clerk / Stock Controller (experience must be in the motor industry) - non negotiable.

Duties:

• Processing of orders & supplier invoices
• Manage Vehicle Stock
• General administrative filing
• Floorplan Management & reconciliation
• Management of Parts accounts from orders to Sales Ledger processing
• Dealer transfers & invoicing
• Sales invoicing
• Stock take Management & reconciliation
• Correct write back provisions on vehicles
• Management & updating of Demo units
• Natis requests on settlements
• Dealer & Customer queries
