Exciting opportunity available at a well-established dealership in Johannesburg for a Vehicle Stock Controller & Invoicing Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new vehicle stock within the group to support the sales department.
• Preparing and processing vehicle invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key dealer network contacts to secure stock.
• Assisting sales staff with stock allocation and related tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Stock Controller and Invoicing Clerk.
• Previous experience in the motor industry with dealerships such as BMW, VW, or Volvo.
• Proficiency in dealership systems such as Kerridge, Autoline, or CDK Drive.
• Strong numerical, communication, and people skills.
• Computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
• Valid Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
• Clear criminal record required.
