POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires expertise in diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles.
Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and performance-related issues.
Use diagnostic software and specialized tools to troubleshoot problems.
Conduct scheduled services, engine repairs, brake and suspension work, and transmission maintenance.
Ensure repairs and maintenance meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and necessary repairs.
Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history.
Stay up to date with technical training and advancements in automotive technology.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the workshop.

Minimum Requirements:

Automotive Technician qualification (Trade Test Certificate or equivalent).
Proven experience as a technician or working with German luxury vehicles.
Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools (ISTA, Rheingold, INPA, etc.).
Ability to interpret technical service bulletins and repair manuals.
Understanding of electrical systems, engine diagnostics, and transmission repairs.
A valid driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Experience working in a Premium Brand dealership or authorized service center.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
