Position as a Workshop Foreman at an established motor vehicle dealership in George, with a strong background in vehicle diagnostics available.
Must have passion for leading a team while ensuring top-quality service and repairs.
Duties:
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and quality
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on a variety of vehicles
- Assist technicians with complex repairs and technical guidance
- Ensure all work meets safety and manufacturer standards
- Manage workflow, job allocation, and customer expectations
Requirements:
- Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician
- Proven experience as a Workshop Foreman in the motor industry
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians
- Hands-on experience with modern diagnostic tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
