Vehicle Workshop Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Automotive Retail Industry, based in Beacon Bay, East London, is currently looking to employ a Workshop Manager for their Commercial (Bakkie) and Passenger Vehicle Workshop.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
• 3 Years in a workshop management / supervisory role, with a proven leadership track record.
• Previous OEM experience will be an advantage.

• Motivate the workshop team of Technicians and Service Advisers (20 people) to achieve the budgeted productivity hours.
• Comply with all OEM standards (Isuzu, Stellantis and Subaru).
• Maintain work in progress, Cash Sales and NPS/CSI within benchmarks.
• Assist with resolving customer queries.
• Ensure excellent housekeeping.
