Exciting opportunity available for a Vehicle Workshop Manager at a leading dealership in Witbank!

Key Duties:

Oversee all aspects of the Service Department and workshop.
Manage staff, finances, and departmental performance.
Drive profitability through effective financial controls.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Lead, develop, and motivate a skilled team.
Handle administration and reporting tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 year of experience as a Workshop or Service Manager.
Previous experience in a corporate branded dealership as an Assistant Manager, Senior Service Advisor, or Foreman.
Strong management, leadership, and target-driven skills.
Valid driver’s license and a clear criminal record.
Grade 12 qualification is essential.
Basic mechanical knowledge and solid administration skills.
