Vehicle Workshop manager

We have a vacant position for a Vehicle Workshop manager

Duties:

• Manage workshop, budgets, targets and customer satisfaction in the service department
• Assign job cards as needed
• Train new staff and Motivate staff
• Handle all workshop related issues and Client complaints

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as Vehicle Service manager
• Experience with corporate dealerships and volume brands such as Audi, Renault, Toyota, Volkswagen etc.
• Track record of reaching targets and making profits for the department
• Clear criminal record
• Leadership abilities and good communication skills
