Vendor Panel Management Specialist (Financial Services)
Location: La Lucia, KwaZulu Natal

A prestigious South African financial services firm is seeking to appoint a Vendor Panel Management Specialist at their office located in KwaZulu Natal.
The Panel Management Specialist will be responsible to assist with effective and efficient management of the company’s Attorney Panels with a key focus to grow the referral panel over the next few years.
Key responsibilities include:
- One will ensure SLAs are adhered to and that performance metrics are met by all panel attorneys.
- The Panel Management Specialist will manage the allocation models as per agreed business strategies and ensure digitization objectives are met.
- One will be responsible for achieving the Operations and Client Experience objectives in the registrations and client onboarding processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Business or Admin Degree / Diploma
- 5 to 10 Years’ experience in home loans industry OR equivalent experience managing vendors on the finance industry
- Covid -19 vaccination certificate essential
