An operational excellence lead will lead and implement the strategic plan for operational excellence in alignment with the Life & Annuities vertical goals and objectives
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- USA Hours 14:00 – 03.00 rotational – Monday to Sunday – will get 2 days off per week
- Responsible for Training and Operations
- Insurance or Annuities Domain
- Minimum 10 years of work experience within the Insurance or Annuities Domain
- Previous international Voice experience
- Possesses the necessary knowledge of business concepts to perform the job
- Commits to achieving specific objectives and takes ownership for accomplishing them.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
